My family.. Im the youngest daugther of four Mr.& Mrs Jose G.Descallar, I have 2 sister and 1 brother,I was born on Aug.19,1986 in Sta.Margarita W. Samar Philippines., My mom pass aways when I was 13 1/2 years old, she got sick.we know its hard loss |
2. Can you tell us how you were disciplined as a child?

I disciplined with my family as a ordinary kid,that if I have mistake it should not be have a punishment..but As I grow old I have to respect who's older than me and always obey to them. |
3. Can you tell what you enjoyed about your last job?
|
I enjoyed most of a time with the family and especialy with the children.. I love kids I love playing with them. |
4. What do you consider the worst thing about your last job?
|
I cant consider worst thing in my previous job.because I know I do my best that I can. |
5. What was the most difficult thing you had to do?
|
for me no..as long as you've tired my best even its diffucult. |
6. Can you think of a problem you have had, and let us know how you handled it?

tantruns of kids. because mostly kids having tantrums they want something but they cannot get it right away,so leave them first and ask later if they behave they can get it, |
7. What is the most important thing to do in choosing a new job?

the Important thing to do is to make or assure the children and safe in all the time and makes them happy. |

|
i can make me happy to know my family is safe and the children that I look after is happy and my empoyer |
9. What type of commitment can you make to your new employer?
|
my commitment to my new employer to make them happy while Im working to them and be satisfied of my work and being a loyal and trust worthy and responsible to them. |

first I want to work in canada to have experince and honor to work in one of the nice country. Second to help my family in financial and thrid to my future. |

yes..I can handle it, we have to talk in person if theirs a problem in me or with the children. |

Yes..we love outdoors activity..I can say yes Im athletic
I love sport,I love watching sports too. and doing excercise. |

for the whole family? What dishes do you like to prepare?

Yes..As a Domestic Helper here in Hongkong Im the one who responsible of grocery shopping and preparing the food and the same time cooking. Chinese food and western food, Bolones, Salad.and I willing to leaarn more. |
19. What would be a typical day for you on the job you are in now?

my typical day, every day I have to prepare my self and to look after the children and preparing them to their school,breakfast,the unifrom and Im assuring them safe all the time. |
