Family is my motivating factor I'll do everything to help and support them whilst supporting my self a swell. My family is middle income group basically were working class and its very God fearing and close knit.
2. Can you tell us how you were disciplined as a child?
Both of my parents are disciplinarian and I've been raised and molded as a law abiding citizen of my country, never caused trouble and harmed to others..
3. Can you tell what you enjoyed about your last job?
Being a support worker is one helluva job however I'am not very picky I always get the job done.I always have it in mind to love my work so the work will love me back. A simple thank you from my clients will put a smile to my face especially soon aft
4. What do you consider the worst thing about your last job?
I cant think of any however I think shouting,yelling,swearing,banging the doors makes me upset because I'am mild mannered person. However I keep my cool and compose it's just part of the job so carry on with it.
5. What was the most difficult thing you had to do?
When one of my client refused to take his medications at night I have to stay awake atleast to watch over him if incase something go wrong and making good judgement aswell.
6. Can you think of a problem you have had, and let us know how you handled it?
Am referring to number 5. because when it happens his on anti-psychotic drug you'll never know what's gonna happen i was very persistent offering him his medication I tried diversions but to no avail he just doesnt want to take it. My intuition at th

Communicate with them to sort out the matter straight away because if your just going to leave its going to make the matter worst.

I think socialising with my clients doing some coloring and stuff watering the garden and helping them doing there meals.
