| i enjoyed my job, i loved kids being a part while they growing up is satisfying serving and helping the family needs is a good feeling thinking that i am at help. and at same time they help me too |

| nagging, shouting, honestly its my weakness it affects my performance is so stressful. good communication between me and my employer, giving me time to adjust the new situation, i know that i should do my best to meet their expectation. |

| to be serious in applying this is no joke. excited meeting new family to work, to enhance more of my capability, new challenge learning new things. |

| with children i will discuss to them so that together we can discuss what's the best to do finding solution, with paycheck just let them know normally. |
