1. Please tell us about family:

| We are three in the family,i have one brother and one sister and i am the youngest.My parents are both retired from government services Mom was a DECS teacher while Dad was employed at water district under local government unit in our town. |

2. Can you tell us how you were disciplined as a child?

| I treat a child with respect as if he is important by offering ways to reinforce good behaviors and minimize misbehavior.I avoid physical punishment that has never been shown to be effective.I give rewards and praise for good behaviors and il be a go |

3. Can you tell what you enjoyed about your last job?
|
| I enjoyed most of the time assisting patient in pain,rendered care to a sick person and happy to see them getting well. |

4. What do you consider the worst thing about your last job?
|
| During i performed CPR to an adult patient. |

5. What was the most difficult thing you had to do?
|
| Was if my patient does not follow/cooperate what i told/rendered care to them regarding the order of the physician,like taking medication on time,or shaving because they are hesitant to do so,and poor compliance with personal hygiene |

6. Can you think of a problem you have had, and let us know how you handled it?

| My employer is always watching me during at work and very strict to comply the rules and regulations during working hours.So what im gonna do is to adjust and adapt or accept the fact about the situation. |

7. What is the most important thing to do in choosing a new job?
|
| First thing is a long term job that sound career planning move because it has the potentialto provide good income for years to come,family to support,and also provide the security for good future. |

8. Can you tell us what makes you happy?

| There are many things to make me happy,having someone that makes me smile,someone to talk to and trust,knowing that someone who really cares,and thingking about finally having a stable job and living with my dream. |

9. What type of commitment can you make to your new employer?

| Dedicated ,hardworking,and competent worker with good moral character.Ability to cooperate and understanding of worklife issues and accept the behavior within the workplace and better communication between my employer. |

10. What are your reasons for wanting to come to Canada?

| Its really been my dream to work and live in Canada and setle my future together with my daughter since i love the country with great opportunities. |

| When the person think hes/shes too smart and intelligent but actually its not and if someone scolded me infront of many people that feels me embarrased and upset. |

| Yes sometimes i go out with friends and making fun with them.Likewise in winter but i prefer to stay at home because its really cold outside.Yes i love sports like volleyball,table tennis and badminton. |

| Yes i ever love cooking that is my hobbies,actually during my last job i am responsible for cooking when were having a party.Yes i am willing to cook the whole family and dishes to prepare is more on filipino foods. |

19. What would be a typical day for you on the job you are in now?
|
| Actually i am on day shift right now but it will change to night shift this coming June 27,2010.My work schedule will be 3 days work and one day off.I work 12 hours each day between 7am-to 7pm,same with night shift 7pm to 7am. |

| I prefer to stay at home and rest.Fixing my stuffs as well,watching movies,chatting on net,and go for shopping sometimes. |
