2. Can you tell us how you were disciplined as a child?
When I was a child and when i commited mistakes my mother talks with me nicely and explained that what i have done is wrong and next time I won't do it again.
3. Can you tell what you enjoyed about your last job?
I enjoyed being with my patients especially when I'm with them sharing thought and ideas, reminsicing the past we usually do, singing and dancing together.

I considered the worst thing about my last job is how they manage the home.
5. What was the most difficult thing you had to do?
The most difficult thing I had to do is how to coomunicate with mu patients bacause of language barrier in the sense that they don't know how to speak English.

Is hard to be contradicted by the family members of what your going to do with their love ones. There are some instances that they will make arguements in you. Although explaining i not that much but I will try my best for them to understand what I'

The most important thing to do in choosing a new job is having a self detrmination.

I want to earn more money for my family especially to my daughter. To expand my working experience and I choose Canada for my next destination. And I want to deliver my care regardless of age group.

Not much, because if I'm alone I'll better stay at home. Maybe once in a while I want to spend time outside.

Not yet because here in Villa Francis we have colleages to cook for the patients as well as for the staff. Yes, I'm willing to cook for the whole family and I will prepare their favorite dish but first of all I should know what their preference.
