im the eldest among 3, my mother used to be a domestic helper and my father is a farmer. My sister is working now in a hotel in Manila while my brother is still in school.
2. Can you tell us how you were disciplined as a child?
talk to him/her in a gentle manner. im not into strict discipline rules. if i can talk to him/her that he's not doing right i'll do it. no need to punish them or hurt them.
3. Can you tell what you enjoyed about your last job?
i enjoy taking care of the boy who's 8 yeras old. it's always fune and i feel im like a kid who just play and get along with him. my employers are not strict and if they dont like what im doing they talk to me.
4. What do you consider the worst thing about your last job?
my employers are so nice. ilkie the one with some rules so that i will be able to discipline myself as well

painting the whole house.

my employer gave me the allowance for marketing. when i was in the market,it was snatched! First i cover the money and pay for it but i told my employer and he understands and gave me back my money.

i get my jobs done and and the nice treatment of my employers. knowing that my family in the philippines are well and happy and satisfied to my help.

i can work well as long as the compensation and treatment of me is good.

to earn more money and to live there because its one of the fast growing economic country and there's a plenty of opportunity. i want to save for my future so i will not be able to depend to my parents.

yes i enjoy spending time outdoors only if the weather's fine. not during winter..im an athletic person,i love to play basketball and volleyball.

yes,actually im always cooking for the whole family. since they ae chinese and on the middle class, my employer wants it always simple. yes im willing to cook. but im not that experienced chef! in case im willing to learn.
