Everyone had its own problem,first i need to think for hours or days to resolve it, and talk to concern person regarding the problem and pray to God to help you to handle it. |

My main reason is to have a working permit and to let my family stay with me in Canada soon. |

If my employer to be will permit me to go back to Phils for few days it will be a pleasure for me, If not, and they need my service as soon as possible i think it will be OK for me. |

Communication is the best solution to resolve any problem, and talking politely to the concern person in a nice way,in that case both parties will know the best way to do. |
